Als Chemisch Procesoperator Hydrotreater werk je in een vernieuwende en technisch uitdagende procesomgeving die zich richt op het reinigen van pyrolyse-olie voor gebruik als hernieuwbare grondstof. Je bedient productie- en logistieke installaties, waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu continu prioriteit zijn. De installatie is uniek in zijn soort en verwerkt verontreinigde stromen met als doel een hoogwaardige naftagrondstof te leveren aan downstream processen. In deze rol signaleer en corrigeer je procesafwijkingen, bewaak je productkwaliteit volgens procedures en werk je actief aan procesbetrouwbaarheid. Je wordt intern opgeleid tot allround procesoperator en leert zo alle facetten van de fabriek kennen, van bedieningshandelingen tot planning binnen je dienst. De functie vereist nauwkeurigheid, stressbestendigheid en een praktische instelling gecombineerd met technisch inzicht. Je werkt in ploegendienst, waardoor je veel vrije tijd combineert met verantwoordelijke taken tijdens je diensten. Door jouw inzet draag je direct bij aan de verduurzaming van de industrie en de ontwikkeling van innovatieve procesroutes voor recycling van plastics. Deze positie is geschikt voor kandidaten met een opleiding op MBO4-niveau in de chemische procestechniek of vergelijkbaar en voor wie veiligheid en kwaliteit vanzelfsprekend zijn. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en bewaken van hydrotreater productie- en logistieke installaties volgens geldende veiligheidsprocedures en procesvoorschriften. - Signaleren van procesafwijkingen en direct nemen van corrigerende acties om continuïteit en productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Bewaak de kwaliteit van de productstromen en registreer proceswaarden conform interne procedures en kwaliteitseisen. - Organiseren en plannen van werkzaamheden binnen je dienst, inclusief overdracht en communicatie met collega-operatoren. - Uitvoeren van orde- en netheidscontroles in het werkgebied en bijdragen aan veilige werkpraktijken en housekeeping.
