Als operator bij Vynova in Tessenderlo ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt laten verlopen van onze chemische productieprocessen. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan dat: je maakt ook deel uit van ons interne interventieteam, een cruciale schakel in onze bedrijfsveiligheid.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je controleert en stuurt onze productie-installaties aan.
  • Je voert inspecties en staalnames uit en analyseert de verzamelde gegevens.
  • Je rapporteert afwijkingen aan je leidinggevende.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, milieuvriendelijk en kwaliteitsvol verloopt.
  • Je bereidt installaties voor op onderhoud volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je maakt actief deel uit van het interne interventieteam en volgt hiervoor specifieke opleidingen (brandbestrijding, evacuatie, ademlucht, EHBO, enz.).
  • Je blijft bovendien fysiek fit en medisch geschikt om in noodsituaties te kunnen optreden

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een diploma in chemische procestechnieken, elektromechanica of chemie, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in chemie en/of productieprocessen.
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een topprioriteit.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en durft initiatief nemen.
  • Je blijft kalm onder druk en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees, werkt graag buiten en schrikt niet terug voor kleine ruimtes of het dragen van een gasmasker.
  • Je bent fysiek fit en gemotiveerd om een actieve rol op te nemen binnen het interventieteam.

Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands. Dit is de voertaal binnen onze organisatie en essentieel voor een vlotte communicatie met collega’s en het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften
