Je bent verantwoordelijk voor grote en kleinere onderhoudsprojecten. Je komt te werken in een klein hecht team van 6 collega's. Er is veel interactie tussen de verschillende disciplines, dit omdat het een relatief kleine organisatie is (60 medewerkers) waar veel onderling overleg is. Je bent verantwoordelijk om de ideeën om te zetten naar een project, waarbij je in contact bent met leveranciers. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gehele begeleiding van het project. Het takenpakket van de functie ziet er als volgt uit: - Beheren van het projectenoverzicht en bijhouden van voortgang en spend; - Voorzitten van de projectmeeting; - Uitwerken functionele scope naar een 10% estimate; - Regelen van budget en aannemers en eventuele faciliteiten; - Begeleiden van de aannemer tijdens de werkzaamheden en aanspreekpunt zijn; - Zorgen dat interne stakeholders betrokken zijn bij het project (input, afname, commissioning, overdracht, etc.); - Zorgdragen dat (technische) documenten en data op de juiste plek in het digitale systeem komen; - Technische en financiële afsluiting van het project verzorgen.
