The posting

  • Neem de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de boekhouding en financiële opvolging van verschillende entiteiten.
  • Begeleid en ondersteun het financiële team en bewaak de kwaliteit van de dagelijkse werking.
  • Coördineer de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en verzorg de financiële rapportering.
  • Volg cashflow, debiteuren en crediteuren op en bewaak de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie.
  • Bereid fiscale verplichtingen voor en volg fiscale dossiers verder op.
  • Werk mee aan budgetten, forecasts en financiële analyses en vertaal deze naar duidelijke inzichten.
  • Analyseer investeringen, kosten en financiële risico’s en formuleer onderbouwde adviezen.
  • Bereid consolidaties en rapporteringen voor het management en de raad van bestuur voor.
  • Denk actief mee over de digitalisering en optimalisatie van financiële processen.
  • Vorm een financieel klankbord voor de CEO en het management.

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting, controlling of finance.
  • Je hebt een sterke financiële en boekhoudkundige basis en werkt graag analytisch.
  • Je bent hands-on, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kan financiële informatie helder vertalen naar het management.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en discreet en hebt een gezonde zin voor initiatief.
  • Je bent vlot met Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen of coachen van een financieel team.

Nice to haves

  • Kennis van consolidatie, budgettering en forecasting.
  • Ervaring binnen projectmatige omgevingen.
  • Interesse in digitalisering en het verder optimaliseren van financiële processen.
  • Ervaring met ERP- en rapporteringstools.
