Binnen een internationale en groeiende groep neem je een strategische sleutelrol op waarin financiële sturing, risicobeheer en leiderschap centraal staan. Je combineert een langetermijnvisie met operationele daadkracht en bouwt mee aan een performante, datagedreven finance‑organisatie.

  • Uitwerken en bewaken van de financiële langetermijnstrategie.
  • Vertalen van de bedrijfsstrategie naar duidelijke financiële kaders en doelstellingen.
  • Waarborgen van transparante en betrouwbare financiële rapportering.
  • Toezien op naleving van wettelijke en fiscale verplichtingen, ondersteund door sterke interne controles.
  • Optimaliseren van cashflow, werkkapitaal en financiële risico’s, inclusief valuta‑ en investeringsrisico’s.
  • Adviseren van het managementteam op basis van analyses, scenario’s en financiële inzichten.
  • Versterken van financiële processen en stimuleren van digitalisering en datagedreven besluitvorming.
  • Leiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van een finance‑team van circa 15 professionals.
  • Onderhouden van strategische relaties met banken, partners en andere stakeholders.
  • Definiëren en opvolgen van KPI’s en vertalen van data naar concrete acties.
  • Minstens tien tot vijftien jaar ervaring in een senior financiële rol.
  • Sterke expertise in controlling, risicobeheer en internationale structuren.
  • Ervaring met complexe financieringsstructuren, intercompany‑financiering en valuta‑ of renterisico’s.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om complexe materie te vertalen naar heldere beslissingen.
  • Ervaring in strategische onderhandelingen met internationale banken en partners.
  • Affiniteit met digitalisering, data‑analyse en AI‑toepassingen.
  • Mensgericht leider die teams motiveert, ontwikkelt en verbindt.
  • Hands‑on ingesteld, pragmatisch en comfortabel in een rol die schakelt tussen strategie en operatie.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Herkenning in waarden zoals betrokkenheid, ondernemerschap en no‑nonsense samenwerking.
