Voor een gemeentelijke organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) die een belangrijke rol gaat spelen in zowel informatiebeveiliging als organisatieontwikkeling. - Omgeving: Overheid en gemeentelijke organisatie - Focus: Informatiebeveiliging, governance, organisatieontwikkeling en NIS2 - Locatie: Gelderland, Oost-Nederland; on-site - Omvang: 24-32 uur per week - Start: Zo spoedig mogelijk In deze opdracht combineer je reguliere CISO-werkzaamheden met een belangrijke kwartiermakersrol. Je adviseert op strategisch niveau over de inrichting van informatiebeveiliging en helpt bij het verder professionaliseren en harmoniseren van processen, governance en werkwijzen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren over de positionering en inrichting van de CISO-functie - Ontwikkelen van een strategische roadmap voor informatiebeveiliging - Implementeren en doorontwikkelen van governance- en risicomanagementstructuren - Adviseren over NIS2/Cyberbeveiligingswet, BIO2 en aanverwante wet- en regelgeving - Voorbereiden van bestuurders en management op hun verantwoordelijkheden rondom cyberveiligheid - Inrichten van bestuurlijke rapportages en ondersteunen bij risicobeoordelingen - Adviseren over bedrijfscontinuïteitsmanagement (BCM) - Samenwerken met ISO's, Privacy Officers, FG's en andere stakeholders - Creëren van draagvlak voor organisatiebrede veranderingen op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging Wat breng je mee? - CISSP, CISM of vergelijkbare certificering - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring op strategisch niveau binnen inform...
