Chief Information Security Officer Rotterdam NL CISO - Onafhankelijk, scherp en met lef om te escaleren Als CISO bij deze grote organisatie in de vitale infrastructuur ben jij de onafhankelijke tweedelijnsstem op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging, organisatiebreed. Je staat los van de IT- en OT-organisatie, rapporteert aan de CFO en adviseert directie en management. Jij zorgt dat informatiebeveiliging stevig verankerd raakt, en je durft aan de bel te trekken als dat nodig is. Wat je gaat doen - Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid en de kaders, inclusief het ISMS. - Je ziet toe op de naleving en effectiviteit van beheersmaatregelen, en signaleert en escaleert risico's op tijd. - Je adviseert directie en management over risico's, prioriteiten, incidenten en compliance. - Je bouwt aan sterke security governance en werkt nauw samen met IT, operations en staf, zonder je onafhankelijke rol los te laten. - Je borgt de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en standaarden, waaronder NIS2, de BIO en ISO 27001. Wat jij meebrengt Ervaring - WO-werk- en denkniveau. - Ruime ervaring in informatiebeveiliging of risicomanagement. - Aantoonbare ervaring met governance, compliance en risicosturing, en met rapporteren aan directie en toezichthouders. Kennis - Brede technische kennis van IT, infrastructuur, netwerken en security, met specifieke expertise in Microsoft- en cloudarchitectuur. - Globale kennis van operationele technologie (OT). - Kennis van ISO 27001, de BIO en NIS2. Wie je bent - Analytisch sterk en organisatiesensitief, met overtuigende advies- en presentatievaardigheden. - Je beweegt je makkelijk op bestuurlijk niveau en creëert draagvlak voor security. Nuttig / Pré - Een certificering zoals CISSP of CISM.
