  • Voorbereiden van bestuursvergaderingen, directiecomités en governance meetings.
  • Opstellen van agenda's, briefing notes en presentaties voor de CEO.
  • Voorbereiden van interne en externe communicatie.
  • Opvolgen van actiepunten en strategische projecten.
  • Coördineren met directieleden en andere senior stakeholders.
  • Ondersteunen van klantmeetings, evenementen en externe engagements.
  • Schrijven van executive summaries, memo's en managementdocumenten.
  • Beheren van prioriteiten binnen het CEO Office.
  • Ondersteunen van de CEO bij dagelijkse operationele en strategische uitdagingen.
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en goed Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een strategische ondersteunende rol op senior niveau.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving met directieleden en besluitvormers.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt overzicht in complexe situaties.
  • Je communiceert vlot en schrijft professionele documenten en presentaties.
