Als CRO stuur je de Europese opschaling van AQUALEX aan en geef je vorm aan de toekomst van drinkwater. Je vertaalt premium Belgisch design, duurzame technologie en een uitzonderlijke drinkervaring naar schaalbare omzet. Met een XaaS model en focus op terugkerende inkomsten bepaal en realiseer je de commerciële strategie, stem je internationale teams op elkaar af en versnel je internationale groei. Jouw leiderschap zorgt voor voorspelbare groei met dubbele cijfers en positioneert AQUALEX als de Europese referentie in premium wateroplossingen.

  • Je leidt internationale sales, SDR, marketing en customer success vanuit één gedeelde visie.
  • Je beheert en schaalt het go to market team en stelt teamdoelstellingen en KPIs op voor maximale marktpenetratie.
  • Je ontwikkelt een volledige inkomstenstrategie voor groei met dubbele cijfers.
  • Je volgt de volledige klantlevenscyclus met kernmetrics en definieert een duidelijke salesmethodiek en inkomstenstrategie voor snelle en consistente integratie.
  • Je beheert risico’s in inkomstenprocessen die bestand zijn tegen veranderende marktomstandigheden.
  • Je realiseert voorspelbare groei via geoptimaliseerde pipelines, KPIs, geavanceerde analyses en datagedreven beslissingen.
  • Je zet inzichten om in actie door sales te stroomlijnen, prognoses aan te scherpen en groei te versnellen.
  • Je optimaliseert het slagingspercentage en maximaliseert klantacquisitie, klanttevredenheid en retentie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de founders en het executive team.

  • Ervaring met internationale expansie en het succesvol doorlopen van high growth fases. Je hebt eerder een gelijkaardige groeifase begeleid.
  • Expertise in go to market strategie en het maximaliseren van marktpotentieel.
  • Vermogen om strategie te vertalen naar meetbare resultaten.
  • Commerciële flair gecombineerd met analytische scherpte.
  • Grondige kennis van salesmethodologieën en omzetoptimalisatie, met inzet van CRM, analytics en KPI inzichten om prestaties te sturen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een scale up omgeving en weet hoe je een organisatie naar het volgende niveau brengt.
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in senior commerciële functies, bij voorkeur binnen SaaS of XaaS.
  • Aantoonbare staat van dienst in schaalbare groei van 50 miljoen tot 100 miljoen euro ARR.
  • Sterk in RevOps, CRM, AI platformen en datagedreven besluitvorming.
  • Strategisch leiderschap met sterke people skills.
  • Vloeiend in Engels en Frans, bijkomende talen zijn een pluspunt, en bereid om binnen Europa te reizen.
