The posting

En étroite collaboration avec le Chef d'Atelier, vous contribuerez à l'organisation et au bon fonctionnement de l'ensemble de la production.

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Seconder le Chef d'Atelier dans la gestion quotidienne de la production.
  • Participer à l'organisation des plannings de fabrication et à la répartition des tâches au sein de l'équipe.
  • Assurer la fabrication de nos différentes gammes de produits.
  • Veiller au maintien des standards élevés de qualité, de régularité et de présentation propres à notre maison.
  • Participer à l'encadrement et à l'accompagnement de l'équipe de production.
  • Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration des procédés de fabrication et de l'organisation de l'atelier.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des matières premières et des stocks.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et des normes AFSCA.
  • Participer au développement de nouveaux produits et à l'évolution de nos collections.
  • Formation en chocolaterie ou pâtisserie.
  • Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en chocolaterie artisanale ou haut de gamme.
  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques de chocolaterie.
  • Expérience dans la coordination ou l'encadrement d'une équipe de production.
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Esprit d'équipe, rigueur et souci du détail.
  • Bonne résistance aux périodes d'activité intense liées aux fêtes saisonnières.
  • Maîtrise du français requise.
