Wir suchen ab sofort 3 Chocolatier (m/w/x)

Standort: Wien ,AT

Abteilung: Kitchen

Anstellungsart: Full-time

Stellenbeschreibung

* Herstellung von hochwertigen Schokoladenprodukten (z. B. Pralinen, Tafeln, Hohlfiguren)

* Kreative Entwicklung neuer Rezepturen und Produkte

* Fachgerechte Verarbeitung und Temperierung von Kuvertüre

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsvorschriften (HACCP)

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chocolatier, Konditor:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schokolade und Confiserieprodukten

* Kreativität, handwerkliches Geschick und Liebe zum Detail

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Interesse an neuen Trends
