De combinatie van diverse ziektebeelden en complexe zorgvragen zorgt iedere dag weer voor een leerzame en uitdagende werkdag. Geen dag is dezelfde! Je wordt uitgedaagd om mee te denken over verbeteringen in de zorg. Samen met collega's draag je bij aan zorginnovatie en ontwikkeling binnen het team. Wij zoeken collega's die veerkrachtig zijn, zich makkelijk aanpassen en eigenaarschap tonen. Jij voelt je thuis in een cultuur waar samenwerken, reflecteren en verbeteren, verwacht wordt. Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde opleiding MBO-V of HBO-V, of je bent bijna afgestudeerd. - Je bent communicatief sterk, resultaatgericht en je hebt een groot leervermogen. - Je toont initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en draagt actief bij aan vernieuwing. - Je bent zelfstandig én weet tegelijk goed samen te werken. - Een contract voor bepaalde of onbepaalde tijd. - Een dienstverband van 24 tot 36 uur per week, in overleg. - Inzetbaarheid in alle diensten (ook weekenden en feestdagen). - Een bruto maandsalaris in FWG 45 van € 3.228, - tot € 4.346, - bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur per week. Of een bruto maandsalaris in FWG 50 van € 3.463 tot € 4.914.
