Het bedrijf onderscheidt zich door zijn vernieuwende activiteiten en milieuvriendelijke insteek. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het ophalen, recyclen en hergebruiken van industriële verpakkingen. Met een indrukwekkende jaarlijkse omzet van 35 miljoen euro, blijft deze bloeiende onderneming gestaag groeien. In het kader van die groei zoeken ze een Continuous Improvement Engineer.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je analyseert bestaande processen aan de hand van data en identificeert structurele verbeterkansen om efficiëntie en effectiviteit te verhogen
  • Daarnaast heb je een coachende en begeleidende rol binnen de productie
  • Verder ben je de verbindende factor tussen verschillende teams en afdelingen
  • Ten slotte ben je in staat om, bij afwezigheid van andere leidinggevenden, de verantwoordelijkheid in de productie tijdelijk over te nemen
  • Je beschikt over een technishce Bachelor of Master of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ook beschik je over minstens 3 jaar ervaring met methodieken zoals Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen of vergelijkbare technieken
  • Ervaring in het leiden van verbeterprojecten is een zeer sterke plus
