Voor een internationaal voedingsbedrijf in de regio van Kortrijk zoeken we een Continuous Improvement Engineer. Deze toonaangevende producent van diepvriesproducten stelt wereldwijd honderden mensen te werk. Op de site in Kortrijk dragen meer dan 250 collega’s bij aan een omzet van bijna 130 miljoen euro.

In deze omgeving, waar samenwerking en kwaliteitsdenken centraal staan, krijg je als procesingenieur een sleutelrol. Je vormt een hecht team met de 2 andere CI Engineers en stuwt samen het productieproces naar een hoger niveau.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij spoort procesverliezen op, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en schakelt die doelgericht uit om de efficiëntie te verhogen
  • Door operatoren te coachen en hun kennis te versterken, til je het team naar een hoger niveau
  • Je bouwt samen met collega’s aan een duidelijk en volledig draaiboek van het volledige productieproces
  • Dankzij jouw verbetervoorstellen groeit een cultuur van continue optimalisatie, verankerd in de dagelijkse werking
  • Je zorgt voor technische input en bepaalt mee de standaarden voor apparatuur en processen
  • Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma Elektromechanica of Bio-Ingenieur
  • 5+ jaar ervaring als Process Engineer, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie
  • Goede kennis van zowel Nederlands als Frans; het durven spreken primeert!
