Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een Civiel Uitvoerder die verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de bouwplaats en overzicht weet te houden in complexe civiele werkzaamheden. Als civiel uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van civiele werkzaamheden bij hoogspanningsstations. Veel van deze locaties worden vernieuwd om te voldoen aan de groeiende vraag naar elektriciteit en de eisen van de toekomst. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt op locatie en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van het project. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met projectleiding, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit; - Het coördineren en aansturen van medewerkers en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats. - Het plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden, materieel en personeel. - Het bewaken van de voortgang en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. - Het toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, wet- en regelgeving en kwaliteitsnormen. - Het zorgdragen voor een correcte documentatie van werkzaamheden, uren en materialen. - En het signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van praktische oplossingen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je brengt mee; - Een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO-opleiding in civiele techniek of vergelijkbare richting. - Ervaring als uitvoerder of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie binnen de civiele techniek of GWW. - Ervaring met het aansturen van teams en het werken in projectmatige omgevingen. - Een gestructureerde, besluitvaardige en veiligheidsb...
