Civieltechnisch toezichthouder Gorinchem € 3.200 - € 5.033 (Maand) Gepubliceerd: 3 dagen geleden Solliciteer nu Favoriet Delen Printen Als civieltechnisch toezichthouder binnen ons eigen ingenieursbureau werk je nauw samen met directievoerders, projectleiders en collega-toezichthouders aan uiteenlopende civieltechnische werken in de stad. Jij houdt van een uitvoeringsgerichte aanpak en weet precies wat er op de bouwplaats nodig is om kwaliteit te leveren. Je houdt dagelijks toezicht op werkzaamheden zoals straatwerk, riolering, asfalt en kleine civieltechnische kunstwerken. Je zorgt dat werkzaamheden volgens bestek, planning, regelgeving en afspraken verlopen. Met jouw scherpe oog voor detail signaleer je afwijkingen, bespreek je oplossingen en bewaak je de voortgang. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met bewoners en bedrijven, zorg je voor een complete projectadministratie en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan technische opleveringen en overdrachten. Ook denk je actief mee over het verbeteren en borgen van onze processen en het kwaliteitssysteem. Alles wat jij doet, draagt direct bij aan een veilige, verzorgde en toekomstbestendige leefomgeving. Bedrijfsinformatie Bij team Stadsbeheer werk je in een hecht team van vakspecialisten. Samen beheren, onderhouden en verbeteren we de openbare ruimte van Gorinchem: van wegen en riolering tot kunstwerken, speelplekken, verlichting en groen. In ons ingenieursbureau werken we met korte lijnen, veel autonomie en directe invloed op de leefomgeving. We zitten midden in een grote kwaliteitsimpuls voor onze infrastructuur en bouwen aan een toekomst waarin we slimmer, duurzamer en efficiënter werken. Functie-eisen - MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een opleiding in de richting van civiele techniek of infratechniek. - Ervaring met werkzaamheden zoals (druk)riolering, bestrating, asfalt en kleine civieltechnische kunstwerken. - Kennis van RAW-systematiek, UAV(-GC) en projectma...
