Word jij als Civil / Structural Work Coordinator de organisatorische spilfiguur die complexe civiele onderhoudsplannen omzet in een vlekkeloze, veilige en efficiënte uitvoering op het terrein?

Waar de Asset Management Engineer de langetermijnstrategie en technische analyses opstelt, pak jij het stuur over voor de praktische werkvoorbereiding, planning en administratieve borging. In deze data-gestuurde rol versterk je het assetmanagementteam binnen een hoogtechnologische industriële omgeving in Hoboken. Je vertaalt plannen en inspectieresultaten naar heldere werkpakketen en concrete opdrachten voor externe aannemers en leveranciers. Met jouw nauwkeurige datadiscipline beheer je werkorders in EAM-systemen, bereid je veiligheidsinstructies en vergunningen voor, en zie je erop toe dat inspecties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden zonder vertraging en conform alle kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen kunnen doorgaan.

  • Langetermijnproject: Een uitdagende rol op project- of consultancybasis voor de lange termijn met jaarlijkse verlengingen (voorspelde start rond september 2026 / begin 2027).
  • Cruciale spilfunctie: Jij bent de onmisbare link tussen de Asset Management Engineers, inspecteurs, operationele teams en externe contractoren.
  • Hoge mate van eigenaarschap: Veel verantwoordelijkheid in het structureren van data, het beheren van documentatie in DMS/EAM en het stroomlijnen van de operationele voorbereiding.
  • Dynamische industriële site: Werken in een veelzijdige en uitdagende site-omgeving in Hoboken waar veiligheid en datakwaliteit centraal staan.

Wat ga jij allemaal doen?

  • Werkpakketen & opdrachten voorbereiden: Je vertaalt concrete onderhouds- en herstelmaatregelen naar duidelijke, praktisch uitvoerbare opdrachten voor leveranciers en aannemers.
  • Planning & offertes beheren: Je vraagt offertes op, beoordeelt de haalbaarheid en stemt de planning van civiele werkzaamheden af met de productie- en onderhoudsteams.
  • Veiligheid & vergunningen regelen: Je bereidt inspecties en werkzaamheden inhoudelijk voor, inclusief werkvergunningen, veiligheidsinstructies, risicoanalyses en toegang tot de locaties.
  • EAM & databeheer borgen: Je registreert en bewaakt werkorders zorgvuldig in EAM-systemen, verwerkt inspectierapporten en houdt assetdossiers in het DMS actueel en traceerbaar.
  • Aannemers coördineren & opvolgen: Je begeleidt externe partijen tijdens de uitvoering, bewaakt de voortgang op de werkvloer en verzamelt uitvoeringsdata voor verdere analyses door de engineer.
  • Oplevering & overdracht ondersteunen: Je controleert de administratieve en technische afronding van werkzaamheden voor een vlekkeloze oplevering.

Welke troeven breng jij mee?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Een Bachelordiploma Bouwkunde / Civil Engineering (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in civiele werkvoorbereiding, onderhoudscoördinatie of inspectiebeheer.
  • Werkvoorbereiding & Systemen: Aantoonbare ervaring met werkorderbeheer (EAM-systemen), documentbeheer (DMS-platformen), planning en het opstellen van technische werkinstructies.
  • Veiligheid & Praktijk: Grondige praktijkkennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften, risico-instructies, werkvergunningen en uitvoeringsbeperkingen binnen een industriële context.
  • Datadiscipline & Nauwkeurigheid: Een uitgesproken oog voor detail en een gestructureerde aanpak in data-gestuurd kantoorwerk en documentatiebeheer.
  • Competenties: Een daadkrachtige, assertieve en communicatief sterke organisator die het overzicht behoudt, proactief informatiegaten opzoekt en stakeholders vlot verbindt.
  • Talenkennis: Een uitstekende, vloeiende beheersing van zowel het Nederlands als het Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
