Onze partner is wereldleider in materiaalkunde: een stabiele internationale groep met een sterke Belgische verankering en vier locaties verspreid over het land. Dankzij innovatieve recyclageprocessen recupereren ze edelmetalen uit bronnen zoals laptops en mobiele telefoons voor hergebruik in hoogwaardige toepassingen zoals zonnecellen voor satellieten, oplaadbare batterijen, led-technologie en katalysatoren.

Voor de site in Hoboken zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Civil & Structural Asset Management Engineer. De focus ligt op tactische assetplanning, onderhoudsstrategieën en lifecycle management van industriële civiele en gebouwgebonden assets, evenals op het verzamelen, structureren en omzetten van operationele klachten en opportuniteiten naar concrete verbeteringsvoorstellen. Het gaat hier om een opdracht voor lange termijn (meerdere jaren).

Wat dit in een notendop inhoudt:

  • Bijdragen aan het ontwerp, de opzet en de uitrol van het assetmanagementsysteem voor civiele en gebouwgebonden assets binnen de afdeling (processen, assetregister, kriticiteitskader, logica voor onderhoudsstrategieën, KPI's en documentatiestromen).
  • Assetmanagementprincipes (ISO 55000, risicogebaseerde besluitvorming en lifecycle thinking) vertalen naar praktische en bruikbare werkwijzen voor een industriële productieomgeving rekening houdend met relevante normen en regelgeving, waaronder SEVESO en Eurocodes.
  • Assetdata, assethiërarchieën en onderhoudsconcepten standaardiseren en structureren zodat beslissingen reproduceerbaar en auditeerbaar worden.
  • Helpen bij het verankeren van de assetmanagementwerkwijze bij stakeholders uit productie, onderhoud en engineering.
  • Opzetten van tactische plannen voor de structurele betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en levensduur van civiele constructies en gebouwen.
  • Opstellen, beheren en verbeteren van meerjarige onderhoudsplannen voor civiele constructies en gebouwgebonden assets.
  • Interventies voorbereiden tot een uitvoeringsklaar niveau (scope, technische beschrijving, benodigde documenten, vergunningen en veiligheidsvoorwaarden, materiaalbehoeften, input en aansturing van aannemers en planning).
  • Registreren, structureren en analyseren van klachten, assetproblemen en operationele verbetermogelijkheden vanuit de productieomgeving.
  • Uitvoeren van root cause analyses (RCA) voor structurele tekortkomingen en terugkerende technische problemen d.m.v. inspectie- en RBI-data, inclusief trends, degradatiecurves en resterende levensduuranalyses.
  • Industrieel of Burgerljik Ingenieur met een gedegen kennis van civiele techniek en bouwkunde.
  • Minimaal een eerste ervaring in industrieel assetmanagement (tactische assetplanning, onderhoudsstrategieën, kriticiteits- of risicogebaseerde besluitvorming en/of lifecycle management).
  • Kennis van ISO 55000, SEVESO en Eurocodes.
  • Vermogen om data te analyseren en technische bevindingen te vertalen naar praktische onderhoudsstrategieën en verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Praktische kennis van minstens enkele van de volgende methodologieën, met de motivatie om de overige aan te leren: RBI-data-interpretatie, RCA, kriticiteitsanalyse, risicoanalyse, degradatieanalyse en resterende levensduuranalyse.
  • Ervaring met projectcoördinatie en het aansturen van externe partijen zoals aannemers of inspectiepartners.
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig.
