Als Claim Handling Specialist sta je centraal in onze klantenservice en kwaliteitsborging. Je werkt fulltime vanuit ons Gates-kantoor in Gent en behandelt technische claims met betrekking tot Gates-vervangingsonderdelen voor auto's. Je zorgt voor snelle, accurate en klantgerichte oplossingen. Je inzichten helpen ons om de productkwaliteit te verbeteren, de klantloyaliteit te versterken en onze bedrijfsvoering continu te verbeteren.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • je analyseert technische gegevens en beoordeelt onderliggende oorzaken (nieuwe versus geïnstalleerde onderdelen, leverancierscontrole, enz.).
  • je werkt crossfunctioneel samen met Sales, Product Line Management en technische specialisten.
  • verificaties uitvoeren van originele onderdelen en juiste processen opstarten
  • controleren van het juiste gebruik van toepassingen en diepgaande technische analyses uitvoeren
  • duidelijke claimanalyserapporten opstellen
  • op basis van je technische expertise beslissingen nemen over de uitkomst van claims (accepteren/afwijzen)
  • opvolgen en rapporteren van KPI's
  • bijdragen aan verbeteringen in productkwaliteit

Kortom: je zal optreden als merkambassadeur en door middel van je technische automotive bagage uitzonderlijke service en ondersteuning bieden!

  • je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma in een in technische richting (automotive, werktuigbouwkunde, autotechnieken, ingenieursstudies, ...) of +2 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische/kwaliteitsfunctie binnen de automotive industrie.
  • je werkt klantgericht en bent proactief in aanpak en communicatie.
  • je spreekt, leest en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels. Frans, Duits of Spaans zijn een pluspunt.
  • goede kennis van MS office pakket, voornamelijk ervaring in Excel.
  • je hebt een analytische mindset en een data-driven aanpak.
  • je bent een teamplayer, helpt collega's waar nodig en bent bereid afdelingsoverschrijdend te werken.
