Krijg jij energie van complexe schadedossiers uitpluizen, risico’s inschatten en stevig onderhandelen met verzekeraars? Dan kan deze functie als Schadebeheerder jouw volgende uitdaging zijn.

Voor een organisatie binnen de verzekerings- en logistieke sector zoeken we een Schadebeheerder met een analytische blik en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je wordt dé specialist voor transport- en logistieke schade en ondersteunt verschillende teams bij dossiers van A tot Z.

Je krijgt daarbij een rol met verantwoordelijkheid en impact: van een schade tijdens transport over de weg tot een complex exportdossier waarbij meerdere partijen betrokken zijn.

Je behandelt je eigen claims. Deze zijn in het begin voornamelijk kleinere en eenvoudigere claims. Jij zal specifiek instaan voor de claims van de wegtransport in Rekkem.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van collega's bij transport- en logistieke schadeclaims voor lucht-, weg- en zeetransport.
  • Zelfstandig opnemen van complexe dossiers, zoals expertises, schadegevallen boven € 5.000 en dossiers waarbij advocaten betrokken zijn.
  • Contact onderhouden en onderhandelen met verzekeraars en makelaars.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van procedures voor de correcte behandeling van transportschades.
  • Administratief ondersteunen bij verschillende verzekeringen, waaronder brand, professionele aansprakelijkheid, burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid en allrisk.
  • Analyseren van klantcontracten en inschatten welke risico's verzekerbaar zijn.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in de aanpak en opvolging van schadeclaims.

Je bent kritisch, nauwkeurig en laat je niet afschrikken door dossiers waarin verschillende belangen samenkomen. Onderhandelen ligt je en je durft standpunten te onderbouwen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Kennis van CMR-verzekeringen is een sterke troef.
  • Een analytische en kritische ingesteldheid.
  • Sterke onderhandelings- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een zelfstandige en gestructureerde werkhouding.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
