Functiebeschrijving:

-Het efficiënt afronden van het garantie-en facturatieproces.

-De garantiefacturen opstellen op basis van het werkorder.

-Garantieclaim aanmaken en versturen naar de invoerder.

-De garantieaanvraag correct behandelen en samenbrengen met de gelabelde onderdelen van de monteur.

-Het beheren van het overzicht van terugroepacties.

-Opvolging van openstaande betalingen.

Wie zijn wij?

Liers Auto Center maakt deel uit van De Mobiliteitsmakelaar. De Mobiliteitsmakelaar zoekt naar en investeert permanent in nieuwe vormen van mobiliteit. Op die manier kan ze beantwoorden aan de veranderingen en uitdagingen in de sector.

SAMEN STERKER

Ze groepeert zeven Kempense concessies die Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, Seat, Cupra en KIA verdelen en baat ook twee e-bike stores uit: Autobedrijf Deckx-Team (Turnhout), KIA (Turnhout), KIA Kempen Zuid (Geel), Garage Verellen (Geel), Garage Hermans (Herentals), Liers Auto Center (Lier), Garage Verschaeren (Heist-op-den-Berg) en Hello Vélo (Lier en Turnhout). In totaal werken we met meer dan 230 collega’s verspreid over de zeven concessies. We kiezen voor een gedecentraliseerde werking die ervoor zorgt dat de eigenheid van de zeven vestigingen behouden wordt.
