Jobomschrijving

Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen mobiliteitsoplossingen, leasing en fleetmanagement. Met een sterke focus op innovatie, digitalisering en duurzame mobiliteit ondersteunt de organisatie zowel bedrijven als particulieren. Werken bij onze klant betekent deel uitmaken van een dynamische omgeving waar klantgerichtheid, ontwikkeling en samenwerking centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren en behandelen van schadedossiers samen met je collega's (gemiddeld 15 dossiers per dag).
  • Beheren van dossiers van A tot Z en zorgen voor de nodige aanpassingen en opvolging per dossier.
  • Vaststellen van aansprakelijkheden en doorsturen van dossiers naar de bevoegde verzekeraar.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van alle administratieve stappen binnen het schadeproces.
  • Onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten en hen proactief informeren over de voortgang van hun dossier.
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe experts, verzekeringsmakelaars, verzekeraars, fleet managers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en klantgerichte opvolging van elk schadedossier.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in Verzekeringen, Financiën, Rechten of een gerelateerde richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring als Claims Handler, Claims Advisor of schadebeheerder binnen een leasingmaatschappij, verzekeraar of makelaarskantoor (B2B of B2C).
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en een logisch denkvermogen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en weet efficiënt om te gaan met deadlines en prioriteiten.
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook in een dynamische werkomgeving.
