In onze afdeling Claims & Compliance werk je in een omgeving waar collega’s elkaar ondersteunen, waar je ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig dossiers te beheren en waar je een zichtbare impact hebt op de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van onze dienstverlening.

We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, sterk is in dossieropvolging en zich thuis voelt in de wereld van douane, regelgeving en geschillenbehandeling.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Claims & Compliance Specialist behandel je alle dossiers die te maken hebben met onregelmatigheden, vaststellingen of geschillen binnen de douane‑ en accijnscontext. Je zorgt ervoor dat risico’s voor NDN beperkt blijven en dat dossiers correct, professioneel en tijdig worden afgehandeld.

Je rol omvat onder andere:

  • Opvolgen van probleemdossiers en claims die voortkomen uit douane‑ en accijnswetgeving;
  • communiceren met klanten, douane en andere betrokken diensten;
  • opbouwen van argumentatie en indienen van bezwaren of beroepen wanneer nodig;
  • coördineren van regularisaties en spontane aangiftes;
  • opvolgen van controles en verzamelen van de nodige documenten;
  • rapporteren over lopende en afgesloten dossiers;
  • je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat nooit alleen: je kan rekenen op ondersteuning van zaakvoerders, teamleaders en collega’s uit de declaratieafdeling.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

We zoeken iemand die analytisch sterk is, graag dossiers uitpluist en professioneel communiceert met klanten en overheidsdiensten.

We zien graag iemand die:

  • ervaring heeft in klachtenbehandeling, juridische dossiers of compliance, liefst binnen de logistieke sector
  • Ervaring in douane‑declaratie is een sterke troef
  • zelfstandig werkt en de voortgang van dossiers nauwgezet opvolgt
  • assertief en kritisch kan denken
  • probleemoplossend werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt
  • vlot werkt met MS Office en Excel
