Bij onze klant, actief in de automobielsector, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en goedkeuren van aanvragen voor technische goedkeuringen die via het platform worden ingediend voor de verschillende merken die ze verdelen. Deze functie combineert technische automotivekennis, operationeel beheer, administratieve opvolging en dagelijks contact met het netwerk van garages.

  • Analyseren en goedkeuren van aanvragen voor technische goedkeuring met betrekking tot werkzaamheden die gedekt worden door onderhoudscontracten; zowel onderhoud als de vervanging van slijtageonderdelen.
  • Beheren en configureren van het platform MRT/Mobitech, waaronder het activeren van contracten, het beheren van automatische goedkeuringen, het autoriseren van partnergarages en het opstellen van rapportages.
  • Behandelen van aanvragen van het garage-netwerk die via de MRT/Mobitech-e-mailbox binnenkomen en zorgen voor een duidelijke en professionele reactie.
  • Opvolgen van de facturatie van MRT/Mobitech-claims in samenwerking met de boekhouding.
  • Samenwerken met de afdeling Services en andere interne contactpersonen, afhankelijk van de operationele behoeften.
  • Technische bachelor of een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante werkervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen de autoverkoop, aftersales, het onderhoud of de mechanische herstelling van voertuigen.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft 365, vooral Excel, Outlook en Teams.
  • Kennis van creditnota's, verkoopfacturen, terugbetalingsaanvragen en het invoeren van domiciliëringsmandaten.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Analyserend, probleemoplossend, organisatorisch en servicegericht
