Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, verzekeraars en experts en zorgt voor efficiënte oplossingen binnen de gestelde termijnen. Met jouw klantgerichte instelling en teamspirit ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf.   • Als schadebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale afhandeling van de schadedossiers van jouw klanten en ben je de referentiepersoon in geval van problemen en klachten;
  • Je analyseert de schadedossiers grondig; je negotieert met klanten, tegengestelde partijen, verzekeraars, experts en advocaten;
  • Je werkt telkens een goede en efficiënte oplossing uit, rekening houdend met de beperkte termijn;
  • Je behandelt elk dossier van A tot Z: van het openen van het dossier, opvolging, betaling, tot het afsluiten en klassement;
  • Je neemt ook de behandeling van de agenda en de post ter harte;
  • Je maakt schadestatistieken op en interpreteert deze in samenwerking met je collega's.
  • Je hebt een Bachelor diploma Financie- en Verzekeringswezen, Economie of Rechten;
  • Je kan een eerste ervaring in verzekeringen voorleggen;
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van MS Office (vooral Word en Excel);
  • Je werkt steeds klantgericht en je kan goed samenwerken in teamverband;
  • Je bent georganiseerd en je kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
