The posting

Voor een industriële speler in de Antwerpse haven zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Cleaning Supervisor.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie, coördinatie en opvolging van industriële reinigingswerkzaamheden op productie-installaties, opslagtanks, leidingsystemen en procesapparatuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werken veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende procedures worden uitgevoerd.

Je bent de spil tussen de opdrachtgever, de cleaning teams, veiligheidsdiensten en andere contractors op de site.

Als Cleaning Supervisor zal je instaan voor onder andere volgende zaken

  • Aansturen en coördineren van cleaning teams op industriële sites
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van industriële reinigingswerken
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, werkvergunningen en siteprocedures
  • Opstellen van werkinstructies en taakverdelingen
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, werfleiding en operationele diensten
  • Dagelijks opvolgen van planning, voortgang en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden
  • Uitvoeren van toolboxen en veiligheidsrondgangen
  • Signaleren van risico's en nemen van corrigerende maatregelen
  • Opstellen van dagelijkse rapportages en werfverslagen
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving
  • Ervaring als Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Coördinator, Werfleider of vergelijkbare functie binnen de industrie
  • Ervaring binnen chemie, petrochemie, tankopslag, energie of zware industrie
  • Goede kennis van industriële reinigingstechnieken
  • Sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en ervaring met werkvergunningen
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat teams aan te sturen
  • Hands-on ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, kennis van Engels is een plus
  • VCA VOL certificaat of bereid dit te behalen
