Voor een klant in de dentale medische sector zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde Cleanroom Operator. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden en afvullen van medische producten binnen een strikt gecontroleerde en hygiënische omgeving. Je werkt zelfstandig, in overleg met je supervisor, en draagt bij aan een kwalitatief en efficiënt productieproces.

Samengevat:

  • Bereiden van producten volgens vastgelegde recepten en procedures
  • Afvullen van semi-afgewerkte producten met semi-automatische machines en zorgen voor correcte labeling en identificatie
  • Nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens in batchrecords en behalen van vooropgestelde productiehoeveelheden
  • Reinigen van machines en werkplek en werken volgens strikte cleanroom- en hygiënevoorschriften (inclusief aangepaste kledij)

Voor deze functie zoeken we een nauwkeurige en technisch onderlegde medewerker die kwaliteitsbewust werkt en procedures strikt opvolgt. Stiptheid en betrouwbaarheid zijn essentieel, en je bent bereid in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.

Samengevat:

  • Uitvoeren van repetitief manueel werk, precies afwegen van ingrediënten en strikt opvolgen van procedures en recepten
  • Technisch inzicht toepassen: demonteren en monteren van kleine machines, kleine storingen oplossen, semi-automatische afvulmachines bedienen
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust werken, inclusief correct invullen van batchrecords
  • Stiptheid, tijdig starten en werken in een tweeploegenstelsel (06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00), ervaring met SAP en cleanroom is een plus
