Deze componenten worden gebruikt door internationale klanten binnen onder andere de hightech-, medische, automotive- en luchtvaartindustrie . Sectoren waarin jouw nauwkeurigheid direct verschil maakt. Ervaring in een cleanroom is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk. Je kunt het vak hier in de praktijk leren. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst : - Middag-/avonddienst: 15.00 - 00.00 uur. Als Cleanroom Operator werk je in een schone, veilige en gecontroleerde productieomgeving. Hier worden technische componenten zorgvuldig behandeld voordat ze naar klanten binnen verschillende hightechsectoren gaan. Geen massaproductie waarbij snelheid het enige is dat telt. Je werkt juist geconcentreerd en volgens duidelijke protocollen en werkinstructies. Zo weet je precies wat er van je wordt verwacht. Je gaat onder andere: - Technische componenten zorgvuldig reinigen; - Onderdelen handmatig of met moderne reinigingsmachines schoonmaken; - Componenten monteren en demonteren; - Technische tekeningen en werkinstructies gebruiken; - Nauwkeurige visuele kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren; - Onderdelen controleren met behulp van UV-lampen; - Controleren of componenten aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen voldoen; - Producten zorgvuldig verpakken b...
