A Logo Kleur - - - Voor een inwoner Logo KleurLogo Wit Cliëntadviseur Het Buurtservicepunt heeft laagdrempelige inloopspreekuren waar bewoners terecht kunnen voor alle vragen omtrent wonen, werken en welzijn. Dit kan gaan om advies en informatie op het gebied van de WMO, hulp bij het invullen van formulieren, het afhandelen van brieven van de overheid, hulp bij administratie en op het gebied van uitkeringen en inkomens- verruimende maatregelen en waar ook doorverwezen wordt naar andere welzijn organisaties. Er wordt samengewerkt met de onder andere sociale wijkteams en dbieb en de Belastingdienst. De 23 inloopspreekuren zijn op circa 14 locaties van buurtkamers, dbieb en wijkcentra in Leeuwarden en Stiens. Voor de Buurtservicepunten in de Leeuwarder wijken zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe vrijwillige cliëntadviseurs. Cliëntadviseurs ondersteunen bewoners met hun vragen op allerlei gebieden. Het betreft werkzaamheden zoals het ondersteunen bij het aanvragen een uitkering en toeslagen. Wat biedt de organisatie de vrijwilliger? Een relaxte werkomgeving, leuke collega's, korte lijnen, echt een verschil maken. Het is belangrijk dat je communicatief vaardig bent, kennis kun je bij ons op doen, want je wordt begeleid door een ervaren collega en krijgt cursussen en trainingen. Twee maal per jaar bedankt Buurtservicepunt de medewerkers met een hapje en een drankje. Aan het einde van het jaar ontvang je van Buurtservicepunt een leuke attentie voor al je inzet.
