Maak jij de avond net wat fijner voor onze bewoners? Bij De Bosman zorg jij tijdens de avonddiensten voor rust, gezelligheid en persoonlijke aandacht. Een betekenisvolle baan in een warme, dorpse omgeving. Wat ga je doen Landelijk gelegen, op een steenworp afstand van het prachtige IJsselmeer, midden in een fijne woonwijk in Venhuizen, vind je woonzorgcentrum De Bosman. Een plek waar rust, verbondenheid en dorpsgezelligheid samenkomen. Bewoners uit Venhuizen en omgeving voelen zich hier thuis en dat geldt ook voor onze medewerkers. Bij De Bosman draait alles om aandacht voor elkaar. Met passende ondersteuning, warme zorg en activiteiten die het leven verrijken, maken we elke dag bijzonder. Ons woonzorgcentrum is niet alleen een thuis voor bewoners, maar ook een ontmoetingsplek voor de wijk. Als Client Assistent begeleid je een groep van 8 tot 10 bewoners bij een fijne en ontspannen beleving rondom de avondmaaltijd. Je kijkt wat cliënten nog zelf kunnen doen en helpt waar nodig. Samen sluit je de avond af met een gezellig kopje koffie na de maaltijd. Dit betreft specifiek een vacature voor de avonddiensten. Het gaat om 10 uur in de week en de diensten zijn van 16.30 uur t/m 20.30 uur, volgens een rooster en ook in het weekend. Wat bieden wij Je komt te werken in regio Hoorn; via Amsterdam, Haarlem en Alkmaar minder dan 45 minuten rijden; Salaris in FWG 15 CAO VVT; Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden; Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld, maar ook een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; Faciliteiten om ‘goed in je vel’ te zitten; Extra arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een fietsplan, korting op fitness en een computer/laptop/iPad regeling en het gebruik Benefits at Work; Leuke bonusregeling van € 350,- netto bij het aandragen van je nieuwe collega’s. Wat neem je mee Ervaring in de ouderenzorg of met mensen met dementie is fijn, maar geen vereiste. Het gaat ons vooral om jouw houding, levenservaring en affiniteit met ouderen. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je

oprechte interesse hebt in ouderen, geduldig en betrokken bent en je goed kunt inleven in een ander. Je maakt gemakkelijk contact, hebt oog voor wat een bewoner nodig heeft en signaleert veranderingen die je bespreekt met de zorg. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en ziet waar persoonlijke aandacht nodig is. Je begrijpt dat juist de kleine momenten het verschil maken.
