Op Kwadijkerpark 60 wonen 9 cliënten; 4 mannen en 5 vrouwen. Deze cliënten zijn allemaal ouder dan 50 jaar en hebben een matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking. Naast de uitdagingen die het ouder worden met zich meebrengen, hebben alle cliënten in meer of minder mate gedragsproblemen en een lage sociaal-emotionele ontwikkelingsleeftijd. Elke dag bewegen wij als begeleiders mee met de draagkracht van de cliënten, om zo goed mogelijk aan te sluiten bij hun behoeften en initiatieven. Waardoor de kans op over-/ondervraging en probleemgedrag afneemt. Wij bieden alle cliënten de mate van nabijheid die zij nodig hebben: 'Ik ben er voor je als me nodig hebt. '' De cliënten van Kwadijkerpark 60 hebben allen een individueel dagprogramma. Een deel heeft dagbesteding buiten de deur, maar een steeds groter deel van de cliënten begint aan zijn/haar pensioen en heeft tegenwoordig deels ook dagbesteding op de woning. Hierdoor ben je als Cliëntbegeleider zowel verantwoordelijk voor wonen als dagbesteding. Jij zorgt voor de balans tussen inspanning/ontspanning, activiteit/rust en creëert een rustige sfeer. Op dit moment zijn er op Kwadijkerpark 60 2 cliënten met een intensieve begeleidingsvraag. Zij worden begeleid vanuit Meerzorg. Op de woning kan verbale en/of fysieke agressie voorkomen richti...
