Als cliëntondersteuner bij Mijzo kan het wél! Beweeg mee met Mijzo Jij ziet de mens achter de cliënt. Met jouw aandacht, geduld en praktische aanpak draag je iedere dag bij aan welzijn, zelfstandigheid en een fijne sfeer op de afdeling. Je sluit aan bij wat iemand nog graag zelf doet, waar iemand plezier aan beleeft en welke ondersteuning daarbij nodig is. Als cliëntondersteuner is geen dag hetzelfde. Je maakt een praatje, begeleidt cliënten bij bijvoorbeeld een koffiemoment en helpt mee om de huiskamer en algemene ruimtes gezellig en prettig te houden. Ook ondersteun je waar nodig bij eten en drinken, huishoudelijke taken en dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden of naar het toilet gaan. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, naasten en vrijwilligers. Daarbij kijk je steeds naar wat wél kan. Je stimuleert cliënten om zo veel mogelijk zelf de regie te houden en betrekt hun netwerk bij het dagelijks leven. Zo ontlast je collega's in de zorg én maak je voor cliënten echt verschil. Waar ga je werken? Altenahove is een moderne en huiselijke woonzorglocatie in het dorpshart van Almkerk, vlak bij de Biesbosch. Hier wonen ongeveer 90 cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen, waaronder dementie, lichamelijke aandoeningen en langdurige psychiatrische problemen. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden voor revalidatie en dagbesteding. De locatie heeft gezellige huiskamers met een eigen keuken, een restaurant dat zeven dagen per week geopend is en een activiteitenaanbod dat aansluit bij de interesses van cliënten. Binnen Altenahove staan vrijheid, veiligheid en persoonlijke aandacht centraal. Samen met cliënten, naasten en collega's kijken we naar wat iemand belangrijk vindt en nog zelf kan en wil doen.
