Zo houd je regie over je rooster én doe je waardevolle ervaring op binnen verschillende zorgvormen. Je werkt op plekken waar jouw inzet écht nodig is: van intramurale zorg tot thuiszorg, van revalidatie tot hospice. Afwisseling, vertrouwen en persoonlijke begeleiding staan centraal. Jij zorgt voor onze cliënten, wij zorgen dat het voor jou klopt. Jouw rol Als Cliëntondersteuner ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het totale zorgproces. Je ondersteunt cliënten bij alledaagse handelingen zoals eten, wassen en aankleden en stimuleert hen om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te functioneren. Ook op sociaal vlak ben je betekenisvol: je maakt graag een praatje en bouwt een band op met de cliënten. Door onze personeelsgerichte aanpak is het werk heel divers, en dat maakt elke dag anders. Daarnaast is er aandacht voor welzijn, welbevinden en zingeving. Wat we ook belangrijk vinden, is dat je samen met je collega's bijdraagt aan een thuisgevoel voor onze bewoners en hun familie of vrienden. Het team, bestaande uit verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden en woonassistenten, werkt nauw samen om de zorg zo goed mogelijk te verlenen. Jij als Cliëntondersteuner bent een volwaardig onderdeel van dit team. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat iedere dag waardevol is voor de bewoners. Vormen van flexwerken Bij het flexbureau van Kwadrant kies je uit twee verschillende vormen van flexwerken: - Flexibele basis: Wil je maximale vrijheid in je werk? Dan kies je voor flexibel werken. Jij bepaalt zelf wanneer en waar je werkt, passend bij jouw leven en agenda. Je werkt losse diensten, springt bij op verschillende locaties en doet ervaring op met uiteenlopende teams en zorgvormen.
