Je hebt een oog voor commerciële kansen en ondersteunt het commercieel team met planning en organisatie. Geen bankervaring? Geen probleem!   • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten (ondernemers en vrije beroepen) via telefoon, e-mail, app en op kantoor;
  • Jij lost klantvragen op een klantgerichte manier zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op;
  • Indien nodig, verwijs jij klanten gericht door naar account- of district managers;
  • Jij zorgt voor een warme en professionele ontvangst bij kantoorbezoeken en evenementen;
  • Jij luistert actief naar klanten en spot commerciële kansen;
  • Jij geeft relevante informatie en klantbehoeften proactief door aan account managers;
  • Jij plant afspraken en beheert de agenda (voor zowel jezelf als klanten);
  • Jij legt het eerste contact met potentiële nieuwe klanten;
  • Jij biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan het commercieel team;
  • Jij verwerkt klantgegevens nauwkeurig en houdt deze up-to-date in de systemen;
  • Jij volgt praktische en organisatorische taken op kantoor op;
  • Jij biedt logistieke ondersteuning bij de organisatie van evenementen.
  • Heeft geen eerdere ervaring in de banksector? Geen zorg, dat is geen obstakel;
  • Krijgt uitstekende begeleiding van zowel het team als het centrale bureau;
  • Heeft toegang tot verschillende opleidingen en deskundigen;
  • Ontvangt een persoonlijk ontwikkelingsprogramma dat is afgestemd op individuele behoeften;
  • Kan in zijn of haar eigen tempo en op een manier die het beste bij de leerstijl past, ontwikkelen;
