Cliënten ja, want een patiënt is ziek en dat ben je doorgaans niet als je een bezoek aan de tandarts brengt. Hét werkveld Lassus Tandartsen is een tandartsenpraktijk met meerdere locaties in het centrum van Amsterdam, Lelystad, Den-Haag, De Bilt, Tilburg en Oisterwijk. Wij zijn nog lang niet uitgegroeid en zijn dan ook een levendige organisatie die continue in beweging is met medewerkers die graag hard werken en die trots zijn onze cliënten Zorg te mogen bieden. Dé uitdaging Als contact & client care (ccc) medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze cliënten en vervul je daarmee een belangrijke rol binnen onze praktijken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de cliëntplanning per telefoon en mail, verstrekt informatie en je voert vele administratieve taken uit. Binnen ons team hechten wij veel waarde aan de wijze waarop onze cliënten worden geholpen. Gastvrijheid, behulpzaamheid en kwaliteit staat hierbij centraal.
