Over jouw rol Als Client Coordinator ben je de cruciale schakel tussen onze klanten, auditors en interne teams, verantwoordelijk voor het naadloos coördineren van het volledige certificeringstraject. Je weet hoe je hoe je complexe trajecten in goede banen leidt en zorgt dat elke stap in het certificeringsproces efficient, transparant en klantgericht verloopt. Dankzij je scherpe blik en sterke communicatievaardigheden biedt je vertrouwen en duidelijkheid aan klanten, terwijl je intern overzicht houdt over contractbeheer, tijdige planning en de correcte uitgifte van certificaten.
