Niet door overal iets te verkopen, maar door precies te begrijpen waar een klant naartoe wil. Door kansen te zien voordat de klant ze uitspreekt. En door de juiste mensen op het juiste moment bij elkaar te brengen. Dat is hoe wij naar accountmanagement kijken. De opdracht Jij bent het vaste gezicht voor een aantal van onze belangrijkste klanten. Je kent hun organisatie, begrijpt hun ambities en weet wat er speelt. Daardoor ben je niet alleen degene die vragen beantwoordt, maar vooral degene die nieuwe mogelijkheden ziet. Je brengt klanten, collega's en ideeën samen. Je bouwt aan vertrouwen, maar verliest het commerciële doel nooit uit het oog. Want uiteindelijk is groei het resultaat van relaties waarin je steeds opnieuw waarde toevoegt. Wat je gaat doen - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal vaste klanten. - Je bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties en bent hun strategische sparringpartner. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en vertaalt klantvragen naar slimme, haalbare oplossingen. - Je begeleidt offerte-, pitch- en besluitvormingstrajecten van eerste gesprek tot opdracht. - Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen klant, projectmanagement en specialisten. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van commerciële trajecten en zorgt voor een soepele overdracht naar de uitvoering. - Je houdt overzicht over je commerciële pipeline en zorgt voor een betrouwbare forecast. - Je werkt actief met Simplicate (CRM) en zorgt dat commerciële kansen actueel blijven. - Je denkt mee over nieuwe proposities, dienstverlening en commerciële verbeteringen.
