Strikt noodzakelijk Leveranciers Teamtailor Analyses Leveranciers Teamtailor Marketing Customer Service · Amsterdam · Hybride Client Manager - Websites Als onderdeel van ons groeiende team zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Client Manager die onze klanten begeleidt tijdens het volledige traject van hun nieuwe website: van het eerste gesprek tot de uiteindelijke publicatie. Je bent daarbij veel meer dan alleen een aanspreekpunt voor vragen of verzoeken. Je begeleidt klanten tijdens een belangrijk moment voor hun bedrijf en zorgt ervoor dat hun nieuwe website succesvol en soepel live gaat. Je werkt nauw samen met een internationaal team en maakt steeds meer gebruik van AI-ondersteunde tools die routinematige werkzaamheden uit handen nemen. Daardoor heb je meer ruimte om te focussen op wat écht belangrijk is: de klant, hun wensen en het creëren van een uitstekende klantervaring. Bovendien zie je direct het resultaat van jouw werk wanneer de nieuwe website live gaat. Wat krijg je van ons? - Een salaris van 2.850,- tot 3.200,- op basis van 40 uur; - Werken op een van de mooiste plekken van Amsterdam: naast het Centraal Station met een weids uitzicht over het IJ; - 8% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen per jaar op basis van een 40-urige werkweek; - Deelname aan de pensioenregeling van Hostnet bij Allianz. Inclusief een partnerpensioen verzekering en een wezenpensioen verzekering; - Thuiswerkvergoeding á €2,35 per thuiswerkdag; - Internetvergoeding van €30,- per maand op basis van fulltime. - Reiskostenvergoeding: je ontvangt een ov-chipkaart die je mag gebruiken voor al je woon-werk verkeer of een KM vergoeding á €0,23 per KM. - Een laptop. Hiermee kun je thuiswerken of op kantoor aan de slag; - Flexibele werktijden: je bepaalt zelf hoelaat je je dag start, tussen 8 uur en 9 uur; - Wij werken met een hybride systeem, wat betekent minimaal 50% werkzaam op kantoor; - Korting op Hostnet-producten; - Een heerlijk gefacil...
