Onze partner is een toonaangevende Belgische softwareleverancier die met gespecialiseerde B2B-oplossingen klanten ondersteunt bij het digitaliseren en optimaliseren van hun processen.

Vanuit hun kantoor in Zaventem bouwen zij dagelijks aan innovatieve softwareoplossingen binnen een sterk groeiende onderneming. Die groei gaat hand in hand met een jonge en dynamische bedrijfscultuur waarin samenwerking, kennisdeling en een aangename werksfeer centraal staan.

Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Client Officer. In deze rol ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en help je hen verder met hun vragen en uitdagingen. Door jouw klantgerichte aanpak bouw je mee aan sterke en duurzame klantenrelaties.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team van vijf collega's en maakt deel uit van een organisatie waar ruim 60 medewerkers elke dag samen het verschil maken. Hier krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een ambitieuze en mensgerichte werkomgeving.

Jobomschrijving

Als Client Officer ben je de schakel tussen de klanten en de interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke vraag correct, professioneel en efficiënt wordt behandeld. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt vragen die binnenkomen via de helpdesk.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij vragen over de software en denkt actief mee over oplossingen.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega's van IT en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe functionaliteiten en ontwikkelingen binnen de aangeboden applicaties.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en up-to-date houden van gebruikersdocumentatie.
  • Je draagt bij aan een optimale klanttevredenheid door een professionele en klantgerichte service.

Als Client Officer heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent analytisch en assertief
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Je kunt goed overweg met computerprogramma's en administratieve systemen.
  • Je bent enthousiast en gedreven om mee te bouwen aan het groeiverhaal van onze partner en je plaats te vinden binnen een hecht en gedreven team.
