Omschrijving

  • Beantwoord je vragen van klanten en bied je oplossingen op maat.
  • Ondersteun je klanten bij het gebruik van de aangeboden diensten.
  • Verwerk je inkomende verzoeken en zorg je voor een tijdige opvolging.
  • Werk je samen met interne teams om klantproblemen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Houd je klantgegevens up-to-date in het systeem.
  • Draag je bij aan het verbeteren van interne processen.
  • Communiceer je professioneel en klantgericht via verschillende kanalen.
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in klantenservice, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector.
  • Je sprekt Nederlands, Engels (Frans is a plus)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en denkt mee met de klant.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
