Lees dan snel verder! Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Als Cloud Engineer ben jij de schakel tussen cloudtechnologie en klant. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de IT-omgevingen van onze klanten stabiel, veilig en toekomstbestendig blijven, met een duidelijke focus op Microsoft 365, Azure en Modern Workplace. Je kijkt verder dan operationeel beheer: je signaleert verbeterkansen, denkt mee over slimme oplossingen en helpt klanten om het maximale uit hun IT-omgeving te halen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en klanten aan beheer-, verbeter- en migratietrajecten. Eén tot twee dagen per week ga je bij klanten op locatie langs voor ondersteuning, beheerwerkzaamheden en het bespreken van optimalisaties. De rest van de week werk je samen met je collega's aan uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken. Ook word je regelmatig betrokken bij projecten, zodat jouw kennis en ideeën direct bijdragen aan nieuwe oplossingen en implementaties. Daarbij sta je er natuurlijk niet alleen voor. Wat ga je doen? - Beheer en optimalisatie van Microsoft 365-, Azure-, Windows Server- en Modern Workplace-omgevingen - Proactief beheren van klantomgevingen, analyseren van incidenten en doorvoeren van structurele verbeteringen - Uitvoeren van patches, updates, changes en beveiligingsmaatregelen volgens best practices - Klanten adviseren over hun cloud- en werkplekomgeving en verbeteringen vertalen naar concrete acties - Meewerken aan migraties, implementaties en verbeterprojecten - Samenwerken met collega's binnen support en proj...
