The posting

Club Wintercircus host sinds 2024 een unieke mix van concerten, nightlife en audiovisuele

projecten. De muziekclub bevindt zich op de ondergrondse verdieping van het iconische

Wintercircus in Gent en werkt nauw samen met Kunstencentrum VIERNULVIER en

Democrazy.

Met zijn 360° projectie en immersief geluidssysteem is Club Wintercircus een

toekomstgerichte plek waar cutting-edge technologie en artistieke creativiteit elkaar

ontmoeten.

Samen met de technisch coördinator stuurt de venue-coördinator een klein team aan, dat

zorgt voor de dagelijkse exploitatie en werking in de club.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de partners, programmerende organisaties,

personeel, leveranciers en de eigenaar van het gebouw.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de omkadering en vlotte realisatie van alle activiteiten in de

zaal. Dit houdt de zakelijke, administratieve en productionele opvolging in, net als de

personeelsplanning en personeelsadministratie.

● je hebt grote affiniteit met de muziek- en nightlife scene

● je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een zakelijke of coördinerende functie

● je beschikt over een brede kennis en ervaring en je ziet jezelf eerder als generalist

dan als specialist

● je bent klant- en servicegericht

● je houdt van productioneel werk en geniet van mooie resultaten

● je werkt verbindend en faciliteert waar nodig

● je bent daadkrachtig, behoudt het overzicht en werkt gestructureerd

● je hebt een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid

● je bent een teamspeler, maar kan perfect autonoom werken en knopen doorhakken

● Je werkt flexibel en bent bereid om sporadisch ’s avonds, in het weekend en tijdens

vakantieperiodes te werken

● je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt

● een rijbewijs B is een pluspunt
