Jij verdeelt je tijd over drie locaties en bent zichtbaar op de groep. Je werkt mee, houdt overzicht en stuurt collega's aan wanneer het erop aankomt. Met jouw regie, rust en betrokkenheid zorg je voor structuur, plezier en kwaliteit. Voor kinderen, collega's en ouders maak jij elke dag het verschil. Dit is werken in de kinderopvang met echte impact. Solliciteer nu Controleer diploma BSO Buitenschoolse opvang Regio Elburg Oldebroek, T 'Harde en Doornspijk 28 uur 3.261 - 4.456 Jouw werkplek Je bent verantwoordelijk voor Club BijdeHandjes BSO Het Octaaf Elburg, Club BijdeHandjes BSO Prins Willem Alexander Elburg en Club BijdeHandjes BSO De Regenboog Doornspijk. Drie Clubs, één duidelijke rol: jij bent het gezicht en de verbindende factor. In Elburg werk je op twee basisscholen. Bij Het Octaaf en Prins Willem Alexander komen kinderen na school samen in een ruime groepsruimte met verschillende speelhoeken. Knutselen, spelletjes doen, samen eten en ook even ontspannen: jij voelt aan wat de groep nodig heeft. Buiten is het schoolplein een vaste plek om te rennen, klimmen en voetballen. Jij draait mee op de groep, stuurt collega's aan tijdens de middag en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. In Doornspijk is BSO De Regenboog gevestigd in een lichte ruimte binnen de Regenboogschool, midden in het dorp. Door het vele licht voelt binnen bijna als buiten. Kinderen spelen in leeftijdsgerichte groepen, ravotten op het plein of trekken eropuit naar het groene gebied met bos en weiland naast de school. Jij houdt overzicht, bewaakt structuur en bent aanspreekpunt voor ouders en collega's. Over alle locaties heen bouw je aan sterke, stabiele teams. Je maakt roosters, bewaakt kwaliteit en zorgt...
