Er zijn momenteel 19 locaties geopend en het komende jaar zal The Padellers verder uitbreiden naar 25 locaties verspreid over heel Nederland. Ons doel is om The Padellers te ontwikkelen tot marktleider van West-Europa. Om onze plannen te realiseren zijn wij op zoek naar een Clubmanager in Kapelle, met uiteraard een passie in de sportwereld en die samen met ons de groeiambities gaat realiseren en optimaliseren. Wat Breng jij? - Jij bent sportief ingesteld en hebt een passie voor de sport padel; - Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht, gastvrij en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit; - Jij werkt netjes en gestructureerd; - Jij bent bekend met Microsoft Office; - Jij beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Engels is een pré; - Daarnaast woon je in de omgeving van de locatie en ben jij minimaal 32-40 uur beschikbaar. Job Responsibilities - Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op locatie voor de leden en het personeel; - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de club en dat alles er altijd netjes en strak bijstaat; - Jij maakt de planning/schema voor het personeel; - Jij houdt de voorraad bij en doet bestellingen; - Jij legt, indien nodig, de spelregels van padel uit; - Jij coördineert de verhuur van rackets en ballen; - Jij houdt aanvragen voor lessen, baanhuur en events bij in onze administratie. Daarnaast reageer jij zelfstandig per mail en/of telefoon op aanvragen van spelers en/of bedrijven; - Jij begeleidt een event op de dag zelf, in samenwerking met een team; - Jij beheert de bar en zal de gasten bedienen volgens de horeca-richtlijnen; - Jij rapporteert aan de Regiomanager.
