Er zijn momenteel 25 clubs geopend en dit jaar zal The Padellers verder uitbreiden naar 30 clubs verspreid over heel Nederland. Ons doel is om The Padellers te ontwikkelen tot marktleider van West-Europa. Om onze plannen te realiseren zijn wij op zoek naar een clubmanager, met uiteraard een passie in de sportwereld en die samen met ons de groeiambities gaat realiseren en optimaliseren. Word jij de ondernemende clubmanager van onze padelclub? Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, ondernemend en krijg je energie van het laten groeien van onze locatie? Zie jij kansen, neem je initiatief en weet je mensen in beweging te krijgen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat breng jij? - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in de sport en/of leisurebranche; - Je kan een verbinder zijn voor het team; - Je bent bekent met het bouwen van een community en vind het leuk om de hospitality te waarborgen; - Je bent commercieel ingesteld en je kunt de juiste keuze maken op basis van de performance; - Affiniteit met horeca; - Je bent sportief ingesteld en hebt een passie voor padel; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Engels is een pré; - Daarnaast woon je in de omgeving van de locatie. Job Responsibilities - Bent eindantwoordelijk voor jouw padelclub van A tot Z; - Maakt de planning voor het personeel; - Houdt de voorraad bij en plaatst bestellingen; - Coördineert alle lessen en trainers op jouw padelclub; - Ziet commerciële kansen en benut deze door lokale sponsoring en events te organiseren; - Optimaliseert de horeca d.m.v. lokaal aanbod, acties en een accuraat voorraadsysteem; - Rapporteert aan de regiomanager en HQ.
