Als Cluster Manager Marine Automation Systems geef je leiding aan een groep Hard- en Software engineers en een Projectleider. Je rapporteert aan de Business unit (BU) Manager m.b.t. het functioneren van het cluster op aspecten aangaande personeel, kwaliteit en verbeteringen. Wat wordt er van jou verwacht? - Het voeren van jaargesprekken, beoordelen en ondersteunen van collega's uit het cluster; - Inzicht hebben in de capaciteitsbehoefte van het cluster en het toewijzen van capaciteit aan de projectteams; - Het voorzitten van het clusteroverleg en het informeren van collega's met betrekking tot informatie vanuit de organisatie (o.a. kwaliteit/veiligheid); - Het selecteren van nieuwe collega's voor het cluster bij verdere uitbreiding en toezien op de ontwikkeling van collega's; - Mede richting geven aan de technische (systeem)ontwikkeling van ons eigen automatisering platform binnen het cluster; - Actief richting en invulling geven aan de strategie van de BU door het schrijven van de strategische en operationele plannen; - Actief betrokken bij offerte trajecten en fiat geven aan alle calculaties en offertes; - Afhankelijk van de grootte en de hoeveelheid projecten, fungeren als projectmanager binnen het cluster. De Business Unit Systemen opereert onder de merknaam Marpower. Marpower is een leider op het gebied van vermogensomvormers en automatiseringsoplossingen voor de maritieme en de offshore markt.
