In 2024 heeft Inntel Hotels alle revenue management expertise gebundeld in één dynamisch team. Dit team bestaat uit twee clusters: Cluster Amsterdam en Cluster Midden Nederland. Met in totaal 5 FTE zoeken we nu een enthousiaste Cluster Revenue Coördinator die ons team komt versterken!Wat ga je doen als Revenue Coördinator bij Inntel HotelsAls Revenue Coördinator werk je aan de optimale bezetting van onze bijzondere hotels binnen jouw cluster. Elk hotel heeft zijn eigen unieke karakter, ligt op een toplocatie en beschikt over luxe wellnessfaciliteiten waar onze gasten van genieten.Samen met de Cluster Revenue Manager en de Director of Revenue bepaal je de strategie op basis van jouw analyses en rapportages. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste kamerprijzen en beschikbaarheid op alle boekingskanalen zijn geladen en onderhoudt contacten met Online Travel Agents. Ook neem je de prijsbepaling van groepsaanvragen voor je rekening en ondersteun je bij het versturen van offertes. Daarnaast houd je de content van online travel agents up-to-date.Bovendien denk je actief mee over hoe we de operatie van het revenue management team zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen inrichten en draag je bij aan procesoptimalisatie.Dit is een greep van wat je gaat doen • Je bent analytisch bezig en helpt bij het bepalen van de revenue strategie • Je staat in direct contact met de general managers van de hotels en bent daardoor zeer betrokken bij de dagelijkse operatie • Het verwerken van kamerprijzen, beschikbaarheid, restricties en distributiestrategieën via Opera (PMS), Duetto (RMS) en SmartHOTEL (Channelmanager) • Groepsaanvragen behandelen: kamerprijs bepalen op basis van diverse factoren en ondersteuning bieden bij offertes • Rapportages en forecasts opstellen en meedenken tijdens revenue meetings van de hotels • De Cluster Revenue Manager ondersteunen in de dagelijkse werkzaamhedenHerken jij jezelf in'You'll be surprised…' is de belofte die wij aan onze gasten maken.
