Lees dan snel verder.De functieVoor ons Sales & Marketing team zoeken wij een proactieve, zelfstandige en daadkrachtige Cluster Sales Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de acquisitie van nieuwe accounts en beheert de binnengehaalde (corporate) klantportfolio's. Je vindt het belangrijk om een langdurige relatie met deze klanten op te bouwen met als doel de omzet te maximaliseren. Je houdt voortdurend de concurrentie in de gaten en speelt op creatieve wijze in op lokale en wereldwijde economische ontwikkelingen. Je legt direct verantwoording af aan de Director of Sales & Marketing.Jouw taken: • Evalueren van het potentieel van toegewezen verkoopgebieden, definiëren en leiden van een strategische aanpak met actieplan, branchepositionering en, indien nodig, geschikte branchepromoties. • Implementeren van acquisitiestrategieën voor bestaande en nieuwe zakelijke kansen binnen toegewezen verkoopgebieden. • Zorgen voor nauwe samenwerking intern (bijvoorbeeld met MICE-team, inside sales, TMC & OTA) en extern (partners en leveranciers) voor de continue ontwikkeling van toegewezen verkoopgebieden/klanten. • Aansturen en toezicht houden op het proces voor groepen en evenementen in samenwerking met sales, en verantwoordelijk zijn voor het genereren van nieuwe contacten, het vastleggen van conversies en het binnenhalen van overeenkomsten. • Verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhandelen van jaarlijkse contracten/aanbestedingen met het klantenportfolio, met een focus op het commercieel en gestaag vergroten van het marktaandeel van H World Inte
