Clustercoördinator Baggeren en bergingen ZD A Voor het cluster Baggeren & Bergingen van Rijkswaterstaat zoeken wij een zelfstandige, proactieve en verbindende Clustercoördinator. In deze functie ben je de centrale spil binnen het cluster en ondersteun je de projectmanager, manager projectbeheersing en het Integraal Projectmanagementteam (IPM-team) bij de organisatie, coördinatie en beheersing van werkzaamheden, informatiestromen en besluitvorming. De kern van de functie ligt in het creëren van overzicht, structuur en continuïteit binnen een dynamische projectomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten, informatie tijdig beschikbaar is, acties worden opgevolgd en het managementteam beschikt over de juiste informatie om te kunnen sturen en besluiten te nemen. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het functioneren van het cluster en de ondersteuning van de projectmanager en het IPM-team. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie bestaat uit het ondersteunen en faciliteren van de overleg- en besluitvormingsprocessen binnen het cluster. Je organiseert en coördineert overleggen, bereidt agenda's en stukken voor, verzorgt verslaglegging en bewaakt de opvolging van acties en besluiten. Deze werkzaamheden vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van de rol, maar vinden plaats binnen de bredere verantwoordelijkheid van clustercoördinatie en ondersteuning van het managementteam. Daarnaast ben je op de hoogte van wat er speelt binnen het cluster, leg je verbindingen tussen disciplines, bewaak je voortgang en ondersteun je collega's bij organisatorische, procedurele en procesmatige vraagstukken. Je signaleert knelpunten en verbeterkansen Versie 2021-07 en draagt actief bij aan een professionele, efficiënte en goed georganiseerde werkwijze binnen het team.
