In het kort: Je gaat twee clusters coördineren, processen rondom projectaanpak GRIP verbeteren, veiligheid binnen projecten stimuleren en als lid van het MT bijdragen aan structuur, samenwerking en ontwikkeling van het projectenteam. Cluster coördinator / Procesmanager Voor de clusters Toezicht en Grondzaken zoeken we een ervaren procesmanager (coördinator). Het betreft twee clusters met diepe inhoudelijke kennis: cluster Toezicht en Cluster Grondzaken. Bij cluster Toezicht zitten de directievoerders en toezichthouders voor onze projecten. De collega’s voeren toezicht op diverse projecten, zowel in ons watersysteem als in waterketen. Cluster Grondzaken is belast met de strategische advisering op grondaankopen. Dit cluster organiseert grondaankopen en grondruilen volledig. We zoeken een modern en ervaren leider, benaderbaar en met zelf startend vermogen. Je bent in staat om zelf duidelijkheid te creëren wanneer dat nodig is. Je weet soepel en met overtuiging structuur aan te brengen en je hebt duidelijk overzicht in je taakgebieden. Je bent een luisterend oor voor de collega’s uit de clusters en met je faciliterende houding breng jij de clusters verder. Als procesmanager zoeken we ervaring om ons projectaanpak proces GRIP verder te brengen. Er ligt een basis, er is veel kennis en ervaring in het team. Belangrijk is om zaken bij elkaar te brengen, gezamenlijk met het GRIP verbeterteam. Doelstelling is om tot een breed gedragen proces te komen. Daarnaast ben je in deze functie ook veiligheidsambassadeur voor het gehele Projecten. Dit betreft het praktisch invullen van veiligheidstoolboxen, advisering op VCL en signaleren en agenderen over veiligheid. Ten slotte ben je onderdeel van het MT projecten, samen met de andere coördinatoren, teamleider, secretariaat, adviseur HR en adviseur financiën. In totaal betreft het dus 4 taakgebieden: - cluster coördinator - Procesmanager GRIP - Veiligheidsambassadeur Projecten - MT Projecten Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - Form.
